Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.

Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and let it cool.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and crumble the feta cheese. Add salt and pepper.

Add the cooled spinach mixture to the bowl and mix well.

Grease a baking dish and layer 3 sheets of phyllo dough, brushing each sheet with olive oil.

Pour the spinach mixture over the phyllo dough and spread evenly.

Layer the remaining 3 sheets of phyllo dough on top, brushing each sheet with olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
