In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the cooled spinach mixture and grated cheddar cheese to the bowl. Stir until well combined.

Grease a baking dish and pour the spinach mixture into it. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
