Ingredients
  • 2 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375F (190C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Use your hands to mix the ingredients together until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the spinach balls are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve hot as an appetizer or side dish.
