Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.

Crumble the Roquefort cheese into the mixing bowl and stir to combine.
