  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs and crumble feta cheese into it. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Add the cooked spinach mixture to the egg and cheese mixture, and mix well.
  6. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and pour the mixture into it.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Cut into small squares and serve as an appetizer or a light lunch.
