Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.

In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and yogurt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the raisins and chopped walnuts.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
