  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the yogurt and milk. Mix until just combined. Fold in the raisins and chopped walnuts.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
