  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the sweet potatoes, dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
