  3. Add cauliflower florets and chickpeas. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Add the spice mixture to the pan and stir well.
  5. Cook for another 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
  6. Add pomegranate seeds, lemon juice, and fresh cilantro. Stir well.
