  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Alternate adding the dry ingredients and the milk to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
  6. Gently fold in the fresh cranberries.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt cake pan.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
