In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, diced green chilies, diced tomatoes, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Add the spinach to the mixture and stir until fully combined.
