Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.

Remove from the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Carefully run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake.

Remove the sides of the springform pan and let the cheesecake cool completely on a wire rack.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
