Sorbet-Stuffed Cupcakes
Sorbet-stuffed cupcakes are a fun and refreshing twist on traditional cupcakes, perfect for summer parties and special occasions.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream the butter until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.

Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each liner halfway with the batter.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.

Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool completely.

Once the cupcakes are cooled, use a knife to cut a small hole in the center of each cupcake.

Fill each hole with a scoop of sorbet, using a different flavor for each cupcake.

Dust the tops of the cupcakes with powdered sugar.

Chill the cupcakes in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
