In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
