  4. In a separate bowl, combine powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
  5. Melt the butter and milk together in a small saucepan over low heat.
  6. Dip each coconut ball into the melted butter and milk mixture, then roll it in the powdered sugar and cocoa mixture.
  7. Place the coated coconut balls back on the baking sheet and let them set in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
