S’mores is a traditional American campfire treat consisting of a roasted marshmallow and a layer of chocolate sandwiched between two graham crackers.

  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
