  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter over the graham cracker crust.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate bar pieces over the top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
