Smore Bars are a variation of the classic American campfire treat called s’mores, which traditionally consists of a roasted marshmallow and a piece of chocolate sandwiched between two graham crackers.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs.

Melt the butter and mix it with the graham cracker crumbs.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the crust.

Top with mini marshmallows.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the marshmallows turn golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes.
