Spoon a small amount of each colored batter into a lined cupcake tin, creating a snake pattern. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the batter. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely. Frost the cupcakes with your favorite frosting and place candy eyeballs on top to resemble snake eyes.
