  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and salt.

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Roll each ball in the granulated sugar to coat.
