  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork. Add the peeled and chopped apples.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Melt the unsalted butter and add it to the mashed bananas and apples. Stir in the eggs.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
