  3. Gradually add the flour and mix until the dough comes together.

  5. Use a round cookie cutter to cut out an even number of cookies.
  6. Place half of the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Spoon a teaspoon of jam onto the center of each cookie on the baking sheet.
  8. Top each jam-covered cookie with another cookie to create a sandwich.
  9. Press the edges of the cookies together to seal.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  11. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
