  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients alternating with the milk. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with the batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool completely. Frost the cupcakes with buttercream frosting. Use black food coloring gel to draw sheep faces on mini marshmallows. Place two marshmallows on each cupcake to resemble sheep heads. Use black decorating gel to draw legs and eyes on the cupcakes. Serve and enjoy!
