Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and red bell pepper, and sauté until softened.

Add minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for an additional minute.

Pour crushed tomatoes into the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Make wells in the tomato mixture and crack eggs into each well. Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs are done to your liking.

Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley and crumbled feta cheese over the shakshuka.
