Ingredients
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 medium Bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Chop the bell peppers and spinach into small pieces.
