Savory Cheddar Cheese and Rice Cheesecake

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Add the cooked rice, sautéed onion and garlic, grated cheddar cheese, and fresh herbs to the egg mixture. Stir well to combine.

Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan and pour the rice mixture into it.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes before serving.

Serve the savory cheddar cheese and rice cheesecake warm or at room temperature.
