Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cup Mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 cup Red onion
  • 1 cup Feta cheese
  • 1 cup Olives
  • 0.5 cup Italian dressing
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the salad mixture.
  6. Place the stuffed shells in a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
