  5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently for about 1 minute.
  6. Roll out the dough to 1/2-inch thickness and cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter.
  7. Place the rounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar and water to make a glaze.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the warm buns.
