Ingredients
  • 4 piece Pears
  • 1 cup Espresso
  • 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 4 tablespoon Chopped Walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the pears in half and remove the cores.
  3. Place the pears cut side up on a baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the espresso, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  5. Spoon the espresso mascarpone cream onto each pear half.
  6. Drizzle honey over the pears.
  7. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
  8. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes or until the pears are tender.
  9. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
