Ingredients
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 cup Orzo
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Rinse the rice and orzo under cold water.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion and cook until softened.
