Ingredients
  • 12 slices White bread
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 thinly sliced Cucumber
  • 1 thinly sliced Tomato
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim the crusts off the bread slices.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Place a layer of cucumber slices on 4 bread slices.
  4. Place a layer of tomato slices on top of the cucumber slices.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on one side of the remaining 4 bread slices.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Place the mayonnaise side down on top of the tomato slices.
  8. Press gently and cut the sandwiches into rectangular shapes.
  9. Let the sandwiches rest for 30 minutes before serving.
