Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

In a large bowl, toss together the rhubarb, strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.

Allow the mixture to sit for 15 minutes, then pour it into the pie crust.

Dot the top of the pie with small pieces of unsalted butter.

Place the pie on a baking sheet and bake for 50 minutes, or until the filling is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
