  5. Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a log.
  6. Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  7. Slice the logs into 1/4-inch thick rounds and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
