Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, combine the rhubarb, mandarin oranges, and granulated sugar. Mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, oats, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces and add it to the flour mixture. Use your hands or a pastry cutter to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Pour the rhubarb and mandarin mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
