In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Cut the cold butter into small cubes and add it to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add this mixture to the flour mixture and stir until a dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it a few times until it comes together.

Sprinkle the cinnamon evenly over the dough.

Starting from one long side, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
