  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner halfway with the batter.
  7. Place a Reeses Peanut Butter Cup in the center of each cupcake, pressing it down slightly.
  8. Top each cupcake with more batter to cover the peanut butter cup.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  11. Once cooled, spread chocolate ganache on top of each cupcake.
