  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and melted.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract, cherry extract, and pink food coloring until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped dried cherries and chopped white chocolate.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Place the edible cherry blossoms on top, gently pressing them into the fudge.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Remove the fudge from the baking dish and cut into squares.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
