  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk. Begin and end with the dry ingredients.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner halfway with the batter. Spoon a teaspoon of raspberry jam into the center of each cupcake. Top with more batter to cover the jam.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  8. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
