In a food processor, combine the flour, butter, sugar, and salt. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract. Pulse until the dough comes together.

Shape the dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to fit a 9-inch tart pan. Press the dough into the pan and trim any excess.

In a small bowl, mix the raspberries and cornstarch until well coated. Spread the raspberry mixture evenly over the tart crust.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the raspberries are bubbling.
