  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and granulated sugar. Cut in the unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and vanilla extract. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Press the dough into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread the raspberries evenly over the dough.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
