  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, unsalted butter, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the raspberry jam over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the fresh raspberries evenly over the jam.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining crumb mixture, rolled oats, brown sugar, chopped almonds, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Mix well.
  7. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the raspberries.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Allow the bars to cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Cut into bars and serve.
