Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, unsalted butter, and salt. Mix until crumbly.

Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Spread the raspberry jam over the crust.

Sprinkle the fresh raspberries evenly over the jam.

In a separate bowl, combine the remaining crumb mixture, rolled oats, brown sugar, chopped almonds, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Mix well.

Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the raspberries.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Allow the bars to cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Cut into bars and serve.
