Raspberry Oatmeal Squares
Oatmeal squares are a great source of fiber and antioxidants from the raspberries.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch (23cm) square baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Spread raspberry jam over the crust. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the top. Gently press down.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Serve the raspberry oatmeal squares with fresh raspberries on top.
