  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, combine the almond flour and powdered sugar. Pulse until well combined and sift the mixture into a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy. Gradually add the granulated sugar while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the almond flour mixture into the beaten egg whites until fully incorporated.
  5. Transfer the batter into a piping bag fitted with a round tip. Pipe heart shapes onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Tap the baking sheet on the counter a few times to release any air bubbles. Let the macarons rest for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the macarons are set and have formed feet.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  9. Once cooled, spread raspberry jam on the bottom side of one macaron and sandwich it with another macaron.
  10. Repeat with the remaining macarons.
  11. Optional: Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
