  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a tart pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix together raspberries, blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the berry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Cut out star shapes from the remaining pie crust and arrange them on top of the berries.
  6. Brush the star shapes with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Allow the tart to cool for 30 minutes before serving.
