  1. In a food processor, combine all-purpose flour, ground almonds, granulated sugar, and salt. Add unsalted butter and pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add cold water and almond extract, then pulse until dough comes together.
  2. Shape the dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). On a floured surface, roll out the dough to fit a 9-inch tart pan. Press the dough into the pan and trim any excess.
  4. Arrange raspberries on top of the dough.
  5. In a small bowl, beat an egg. Brush the edges of the dough with the beaten egg.
  6. Sprinkle sliced almonds over the raspberries.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Allow the tart to cool for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
