  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Fold in the raisins.
  5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 30 minutes.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
