  4. Divide the dough into six equal portions. Add a few drops of food coloring to each portion, one color per portion, and mix until the desired color is achieved.
  5. Roll each colored dough into a log shape and place them side by side. Gently press the logs together to form a rainbow shape.
  6. Wrap the rainbow dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Slice the rainbow dough into 1/4-inch thick slices and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
