Cook quinoa according to package instructions and set aside.

Cut the cauliflower into small florets and steam until tender.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.

Add cooked quinoa and steamed cauliflower to the bowl and mix well.

Grease a baking dish and pour the mixture into it.
