  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Pour half of the batter into a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the brown sugar mixture on top.
  7. Pour the remaining batter on top and sprinkle the rest of the brown sugar mixture.
  8. Use a knife to swirl the batter and brown sugar mixture together.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Let the bread/cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  11. In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  12. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread/cake.
  13. Slice and serve.
