  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Pour half of the pumpkin batter into the prepared baking pan. Spoon dollops of the cream cheese mixture on top and swirl with a knife.
  7. Pour the remaining pumpkin batter over the cream cheese swirl and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
